Why Coaching?

My interest in this field has come from my personal journey with my youngest daughter where I experienced first hand the wonders that lifestyles changes and a functional approach to health can have on wellbeing. I always had a deep desire to help others be healthy and through coaching I am able to make my passion a reality.

Change can often be difficult especially when it involves lifestyle changes, which affects habits we have built over years. I remember the effort, energy and strength it took to change my family’s lifestyle and wish to make it easier for others experiencing similar situations.

As a coach I am able to provide the guidance, support and accountability that is sometimes needed to “stick to the plan”.

My Approach

I believe health journeys are very private and it's important that you feel comfortable and confident with the person that you choose to accompany you on it. For that reason I offer everyone a 30 min FREE call during which you can get to know me a little and understand how I work and I can better understand your health challenges.

Whilst I like meeting clients in person at least once, usually for their first consultation, I appreciate that finding time is often one of the biggest stumbling blocks to change. I have experience coaching both via video or phone calls, which allows my clients and me more flexibility.
When working with individuals, I strive to provide a safe and non-judgemental space for every client to explore his or her journey at his or her own pace. Listening to clients' concerns I help them address key lifestyle factors to create sustainable changes.

I believe in every person’s individuality and for this reason I take a detailed history of every client to make sure we can address the issues that are specific to the person. I do not use a one-size fit all approach, but together with the client we co-create an individualised plan focusing on individual strengths.

I also enjoy working with small groups with common concerns because I feel there is something magical about the strength and support that a group can develop. Knowing we are not alone is often all we need to push through.

What to Expect

I have worked with both adults and children and have personal experience in applying lifestyle changes in a family setting and with young children and teens as well as supporting those who have or suspect gluten sensitivity or other food allergies.

Clients have reported experiencing a range of benefits including, but not limited to, improvements in:

Energy and Activity Levels, Sleep Quality, Managing Cravings, Focus and Attention, Stress Management, Outlook on Life, Skin Clarity.
