This means different things to different people so with some clients the focus may be on nutrition advice whilst others may need help with stress management or anything in between.

Once you've had your free introductory call and we have agreed to working together you will have an initial consultation where a detailed history is taken and main goals and objectives will be set.
I offer both one-off consultation sessions and block sessions, depending on the client's requirements.
If you are dealing with a particular health issue, follow-ups are strongly recommended. Changing lifetime habits takes time and usually requires fine tuning a strategy together to have the best chance of success.
Depending on the issue at hand and personal preference, sessions can be scheduled weekly or fortnightly.
I run small groups (max 6) for people with similar interests.
For example you may want to try an elimination diet but it feels a bit daunting to go it alone ... or perhaps you feel it's time for a detox and don't know where to start. Are you struggling to adjust to a new diagnosis? There are many topics that potentially unite us.
You don't feel you need support defining and achieving your goals but you would like to know more about a health related topic?
